  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons, sale events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across India.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email.
  • A tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS (where applicable).

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts at the shipping address provided during checkout.

If the delivery cannot be completed because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Customer unavailable

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Email us with your Order ID, photographs of the package, and details of the issue.

We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

8. Delayed Deliveries

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters

Royal Covers is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

9. Change of Shipping Address

Requests to change the shipping address can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched.

Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
